Free Rides to the Polls

  • Students/College Campuses

    • New Hampshire Youth Movement has put together a list of rides to the polls on college campuses across New Hampshire. More information here

  • Statewide:

    • Manchester, Nashua, and Milford area: Granite State Interstate Action Fund will provide rides to the polls in Manchester, Nashua, and Milford areas. 

      • For a ride to your polling place, please contact GSIAF at: 603-232-0202

    • RideShare is offering rides to the polls in select counties across the state

    • Future In Sight clients can request a free ride to the polls on Election Day

    • Dover, Rochester, Somersworth and Manchester: Black Lives Matter NH is offering rides to the polls. Text: 203-646-3767

  • Nashua 

    • Nashua Transit System will be providing free rides on the fixed route bus and ADA Complementary Paratransit services for passengers going to or coming from polling locations on Election Day

    • The city of Nashua said the Nashua Transit System will be offering free rides on bus routes and paratransit services to and from election polling sites on Tuesday, Nov. 5.

    • Passengers should tell the bus driver the polling location they're going to or coming from to be let on for free

    • Anyone unable to use the fixed-route bus should call NTS at 603-880-0100 to schedule a ride on the ADA complementary paratransit service.

    • The buses will pick up and drop off passengers at regular bus stops and won't go directly to the polling locations.

  • Seacoast

    • On the Seacoast, the Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation, or COAST Transit, will be offering free rides on its regular routes and ADA paratransit services to anyone on their way to or from polling locations.

    • In addition, all current and former military personnel, along with their spouses and dependents traveling with them, can ride any COAST bus or service for free on Veterans Day, Nov. 1
